Contest Overview: Crypto: The Game S3: Resurrection Island (“Contest”) begins on March 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 19, 2025 at 4:00 PM ET (“Contest Period”). This Contest consists of two (2) registration periods and one (1) game play period (see chart below). This Contest is a skill based ten (10) day crypto survival competition (“Game”) with up to eight hundred (800) players (each a “Participant” and collectively, “Participants”) split into ten (10) color tribes. Participants strategize 24/7 in tribe-specific chats while facing nightly elimination votes and daily challenges that offer immunity to Participants. The last remaining Participant will be declared the winner, subject to compliance with these Official Rules. This Contest has one (1) prize available. For all purposes of this Contest, Universal Navigation Inc. (dba Uniswap Labs) (“Sponsor”) computer is the official clock and all times refer to ET.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to permanent, legal residents who are domiciled in a country that is not under any trade or economic sanction or on any program or country list designed by the United States Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control. Individuals who are not legal residents of these jurisdictions are prohibited from entering the Contest. All Participants must be the age of majority or older, and a citizen or legal resident of the applicable jurisdiction where he/she resides. Participants must not be located in any country under any trade or economic sanction or on any program or country list designated by the United States Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, or where the laws of the United States or local law prohibits their participation or receiving a prize in any contest. By participating in the Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read these Official Rules. Each Participant understands that he/she is bound by the terms of these Official Rules. Participation in this Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Each Participant is responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, in addition to determining whether he/she is permitted to participate in the Contest.
How to Register/Enter: During the applicable registration period stated in the chart above or until eight hundred (800) NFTs have been minted, whichever happens first, Participants must go to www.cryptothegame.com (“Website”) and follow the NFT minting flow to mint their entry NFT for 0.1 Ether (“ETH”) on Unichain and provide their X account. The wallet address holding the NFT (“Registration Information”) must match the information of the Participant that completed the act of physically participating in the Contest. In the event of a dispute regarding the ownership of the wallet or the identity of the Participant entering the Sponsor reserves the right to make the final determination of who the wallet belongs to, and its decision will be binding. The Registration Information Participants provide will only be used for the reasons described in these Official Rules. The Website may not be accessible from all mobile phones, handheld devices, and/or tablets. If a Participant experiences any issues participating, he/she should access the Website from a desktop or laptop computer. If Participants use a web-enabled mobile device to participate, data rates may apply (Participants should contact their service provider for data rates/plans). Participants should use care and not drive or operate machinery while participating in the Contest.
How to Play: Participants who have successfully registered can begin playing the Game at 12:00 PM ET on March 10, 2025 until 4:00 PM ET on March 19, 2025 (or until the Participant is eliminated) (“Game Play Period”). Participants will be put into teams by the Sponsor and will play the Game by competing in daily challenges ranging from arcade games to digital scavenger hunts and crypto puzzles. The challenges selected to be played will be chosen in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Game will also involve daily voting rounds where Participants vote to eliminate players from the Game. The voting process will continue until the final night when the Participants vote to determine the ultimate winner. The decisions of the Sponsor regarding any aspect of the Game, including but not limited to the teams, challenges, voting process, eliminations, and the winner, are final and binding. The Game is a game of skill where the Participants will compete based on their decision-making skills, strategic planning, and ability to navigate social dynamics within the context of the Game's rules. The winner of the Game will be determined based on the cumulative decisions made by the Participants throughout the duration of the Game.
Winner Notification and Verification: Final voting for the remaining Participants will be live online and public on March 19, 2025 and begin at 12:00 PM ET and conclude at 4:00 PM ET. The potential winner will be announced (subject to verification and eligibility) on the Website and the X account @cryptothegame. and be notified via direct message on X from the channel at the X Account associated with his/her entry by Sponsor within one (1) business days of the final voting. Potential winner(s) will have one (1) business day to respond by sending his/her email address/phone number to the Sponsor via a direct message. Thereafter, he/she will be emailed eligibility questions by the Sponsor/Sponsor’s designee which must be answered within two (2) business days.
Potential winner(s) will be required to electronically sign and return an original, unmodified Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively “Affidavit/Release”), a copy of his/her legible government-issued photo identification, and any other documentation that Sponsor requires within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner or such potential winner may be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded in the Contest. The winner will receive 100% of the total accumulated funds in the Game's wallet, which will be up to 80 ETH (depending on the total number of Participants) less applicable transaction fees and required withholdings. This prize will only be transferred to the wallet used by the Participant to register within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of the verification process. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is based on the value of ETH the day it is sent to the winner. Due to market fluctuations the ARV cannot be known or determined in advance. All expenses associated with the receipt or use of a prize(s) of any kind not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be solely responsible for any taxes or fees or reporting requirements associated with the receipt of the prize. No physical cash equivalent for the prize will be available. Any depiction of the prize(s) in promotional materials or otherwise, is for illustrative purposes only. Final eligibility for the award of any prize(s) is subject to eligibility verification as set forth in these Official Rules.
Privacy Policy/Publicity Rights: To the maximum extent permitted by law, any personal information supplied by Participants to Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to the following Privacy Policy located at https://support.uniswap.org/hc/en-us/articles/30934457771405-Uniswap-Labs-Privacy-Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: (1) a winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the following information if known: a winner’s wallet address and social media handle, for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including but not limited to posting on social media) in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Contest or the prize(s) awarded.
Participants understand, agree, and consent that any personally identifiable information provided will only be retained and used for the purposes of this Contest (including but not limited to: record keeping, tax forms, and/or any prize fulfillment related obligations) for as long as legally deemed necessary. The Sponsor does not and will not sell the personally identifiable information of any Participant or winner. Furthermore, the Sponsor will not share or disclose any personally identifiable information to any third-party company or business unrelated to the Contest. The Sponsor will securely delete all personally identifiable information collected from Participants once all required legal and business obligations to securely store said information has passed.
General Conditions: Participants understand and agree that personal data/information they provide will be processed in the U.S. (i.e. outside the EEA and/or not in the country or jurisdiction of any other eligible country). The Contest is governed by these Official Rules and all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws. All rules are subject to change without notice, however, any change made will be deemed absolutely necessary by the Sponsor and will not unfairly disadvantage or advantage any Participant. By entering the Contest and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Participants agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Official Rules, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with these Official Rules; to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Contest; and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sponsor. If for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or any portion(s) thereof and determine a winner from all salvageable eligible participation received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor, or award the prize(s) in a manner that is fair and equitable. Notice of such action will be posted on the Website. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; acting in violation of these Official Rules; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or breaching any law, ordinance, or other regulation in the jurisdiction where he/she resides. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest may be prosecuted and is not eligible for any prize(s).
Disclaimers: The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for the participation in the Contest by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for participation that is illegible, late, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, damaged, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed, dropped, inaccessible, corrupted, jumbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such Participants will be disqualified. By entering the Contest, Participants agree and acknowledge that the Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death) in connection with participation in this Contest; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Registration Information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of a prize awarded herein; typographical errors in promotional material; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider(s); interruption or inability to access the Website (or Sponsor’s inability to access content on the Website), or any website or online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; wireless network dead zones or obstructions; any damage to a Participant’s (or any third person’s) computer/mobile device, and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Contest or from entering or downloading materials/software in connection with the Contest; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects or any other errors or malfunctions even if caused by the negligence of a Contest Entity. Participants hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with a prize. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may be caused by or have contributed to: (1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of prize supplier(s) (if applicable) or any of its agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sponsor, or (3) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor or its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with an Ethereum platform/network (“Released Parties”) and said Released Parties are completely released of all liability by each Participant in this Contest. The failure of the Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, strike, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, ARBITRATION: All Participants acknowledge and understand that they are entering into a competition being run and administered in the U.S. and acknowledge that the Contest is subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the State of New York to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Contest, (ii) the awarding or redemption of a prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the U.S. State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, its enforcement, arbitrability or interpretation shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement of Sponsor and the Participant(s) bringing forth the controversy or claim (collectively the “Parties”) or, if the Parties cannot agree, then by striking from a list of arbitrators supplied by the American Arbitration Association or JAMS/Endispute. The arbitration shall be a confidential proceeding, closed to the general public. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion stating the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator’s award is based. The Parties will share equally in payment of the arbitrator’s fees and arbitration expenses and any other costs unique to the arbitration hearing except that any Participant or winner if determined to be the losing party in arbitration shall be responsible for paying all costs associated with any arbitration (recognizing that each side bears its own deposition, witness, expert and attorneys’ fees and other expenses to the same extent as if the matter were being heard in court). Each Participant agrees that his/her claim will be resolved individually, exclusively by arbitration, without resort to any form of class action. Each Participant further agrees that any claim/judgment/award in such arbitration shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and, under no circumstances, will a Participant be entitled to awards. Each Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Should any term of this section be deemed void, unenforceable or contrary to law, such term shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring this section within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed term herein. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
In the event of any conflict between any provision of these Official Rules and any statute, law, or regulation in any jurisdictions, the latter will prevail; provided, however, that in such event, the provision(s) of these Official Rules so affected will be curtailed and limited only to the minimum extent necessary to permit compliance with the requirement(s) of such statute, law, regulation or provision, and all other terms of these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect.
Official Rules/Official Winner List: For the winner list or the Official Rules, send an email to winnerslist@enteractivesolutions.com with the name of the Contest in the subject line. All email requests must be received no later than two (2) months after the Contest Period ends. The Official Rules will be available on the Website during the entire Contest.
